The Visa Department at Oak Meadow International School is committed to supporting students and parents/guardians throughout the visa application and renewal process. Our team provides free assistance with school-related documents for:

• Students applying for Non-ED (Student) visas inside Thailand or outside Thailand (e-Visa)
• Parents or guardians applying for Non-O (Guardian) visas inside Thailand or outside Thailand (e-Visa)

Our Services

To ensure a smooth and successful visa application, students and parents/guardians are welcome to contact us to schedule an appointment. During the appointment, our staff will:

• Review and organize your existing documents in accordance with the official Immigration checklist
• Provide general guidance on visa procedures and requirements
• Answer questions related to personal document to the best of our ability
• Assist with school-related documents for bank account opening purposes for parents or guardians

Visa Validity and Extension

For the initial application, both student and parent/guardian visas are typically issued with a 3-month validity.

Before the visa expires or within 45 days prior to the expiration date, students and parents/guardians may apply for a one-year visa extension.
