Dr. Pakamas Homkor
Dr. Pakamasr holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership and Management and has extensive experience serving as a Science Teacher and School Director. In addition, she has been appointed as an expert in research and evaluation on the Educational Monitoring, Inspection, Evaluation, and Supervision Committee of the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.
Dr. Pakamas has also served on various professional committees in expert capacities, including the Evaluation Committee for Educational Institutions and Students applying for the Royal Award, as well as the Performance Evaluation Committee responsible for assessing the effectiveness of school directors and deputy school directors during their one-year performance evaluation period for educational leadership development.
Dr. Pakamas goal is to develop Oak Meadow International School into a high-quality international learning community that fosters academic excellence alongside strong moral values, ethical principles, and 21st-century skills. John Rex Piamonte
John brings a wealth of educational leadership and a deep commitment to student success to his roles as Administrator for Academic Affairs and Deputy of Highschool at Oak Meadow International School - Phuket.
John is dedicated in fostering academic excellence. As the Administrator for Academic Affairs, he oversees the continuous enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring that Oak Meadow’s educational standards remain rigorous, innovative, and aligned with global best practices.
In his capacity as Deputy of Highschool, John Rex is the cornerstone of the high school experience. He is a passionate advocate for holistic development, balancing high academic expectations with robust pastoral care.
His leadership focuses on empowering high schoolers to take ownership of their learning, guiding them through their vital transition to higher education and beyond. Known for his collaborative approach, John works closely with educators, parents, and students to cultivate an inclusive, dynamic, and forward-thinking school culture right here in the heart of Phuket. When he is not shaping academic strategies, you can find him swimming by the beach or doing Marine Science and Conservation researches.
Mr. Iaroslav Lapka
Mr. Lapka serves as the Head of Secondary School at Oak Meadow International School, bringing together educational leadership, scientific expertise, and a passion for exploration. Holding a Master of Science degree and more than seven years of teaching experience, his professional journey has taken him from the volcanoes of Indonesia and the diverse landscapes of Africa to the jungles of Thailand and Laos.
A strong advocate of inquiry-based learning, Mr. Lapka believes that education should inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love of discovery. His approach combines academic excellence with real-world experiences, encouraging students to think like scientists, explorers, and innovators.

Mr Kelly O'Brien
Mr. O’Brien is an experienced educator and school leader with nearly 25 years of teaching and educational leadership experience across primary, secondary, and university settings. Having worked in inner-city schools in Dublin, Ireland, and developed educational programs for underprivileged youth through community charities in Ireland, Belarus, and Ukraine, he brings a deep commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, develop innovative educational programs, and create positive learning environments that support both academic achievement and personal growth. He is passionate about nurturing young minds and helping students develop their confidence, resilience, and critical-thinking skills needed for lifelong success.

Sasikarn Keerativittayayoot serves as the School Licensee and School Manager at Oak Meadow International School Phuket, where she oversees school operations and leads the Human Resources Department.
With extensive experience in educational administration, school operations, and staff management, she plays a key role in supporting the school’s organizational development and daily operations.
Her responsibilities include human resources management, recruitment, staff welfare, school compliance, operational coordination, and supporting the implementation of school policies and strategic initiatives.
She works closely with the school leadership team to ensure a professional, supportive, and effective working environment for both academic and non-academic staff. Sasikarn is committed to fostering a positive school culture focused on professionalism, teamwork, student wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Her leadership supports the school’s mission of providing a safe, inclusive, and high-quality educational environment for all students and staff.
